Courtesy visit by Hon. Commissioner for Ministry of Tertiary Education, Science and Technology, Kwara State and Hon. Commissioner of Police, Kwara State, on Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin, Nigeria on 5th and 6th June, 2013.

The Management of Al-Hikmah University Ilorin, Nigeria sincerely appreciate the coming of both Commissioners in person of Alhaji Aliyu Muhammed Lade (Hon. Commissioner for Ministry of Tertiary Education, Science and Technology) and Cp Agboola Oshodi- Glover (Hon. Commissioner of Police).

The Commissioner of police who visited Al-Hikmah University on the 5th June, 2013 was highly delighted to be part of her history where he said learning and morality is the hallmark. He further said that the Institution is indeed of repute and high standard in terms of cultist activities. He commend the management and thank the Vice Chancellor for receiving him warmly. He promised to co-operate with the management and will always be ready to assist the university in whatever farm in terms of security.
Also, the Hon. Commissioner, Ministry of Tertiary Education, Science and Technology, Kwara State visited the University on the 6th June, 2013. The Commissioner was equally happy to be with the Management and to express his Excellency’s greeting and important message of entrepreneurship to the school management. The Kwara State Governor in person of Alh. Abdulfatah Ahmed wants the University (ies), to produce self-employed Graduate and not job seeker’s Graduate and this could only be achieved through the establishment of entrepreneurial skills.
The management team led by the Vice-chancellor in person of Prof. Sulyman Age Abdulkareem thanked His Excellency who is ably represented by the Hon. Commission and reiterate that all hands are on deck for this purpose. He further said that the university among other things had almost completed its pure water industry and many others inorder to enhance the learning and entrepreneurship of the students to make them not only Graduate but also self-employed after graduation.
